was invited in 2005 to become a College
of Distinction. According to the
organization’s Web site, Schreiner was
selected as a College of Distinction
based on its excellence in four areas:
engaged students, great teaching,
vibrant communities and successful
outcomes. Colleges of
Distinction was developed by a group of
concerned parents, educators and
admissions professionals as an insider’s
guide to provide students, counselors
and parents with information about
schools that excel in those four key
areas.
