Former Associate
Professor of Bassoon at Florida State University,
Mrs. Schmidt has performed with numerous orchestras,
including El Paso, Santa Fe Opera, Dallas, and
Corpus Christi. During 1960-61, she traveled with
the University of Michigan’s Symphonic Band on
fifteen-week tour of Russia and the Middle East.
Mrs. Schmidt has taught at SU since 2003. |
