While a student at
Abilene Christian University, Mr. Porter taught
guitar by arrangement with the music department. He
was a member of the Superpicker band while living in
the Dallas/Ft Worth area. He has worked as a studio
musician on recordings in Nashville and Texas. In
addition to teaching at SU, Mr. Porter teaches
privately in Kerrville. |
