KELLE SALTER is a
Vice President of
Digital Phone for Time
Warner, with over 29
years of
telecommunications
experience. Ms. Salter
began her
telecommunications
career with MCI
WorldCom, Inc. where she
had responsibility for
over 600 employees who
monitored: technical
design, residential and
business installation,
quality assurance,
employee training,
production analysis,
marketing, and product
development and design.
Besides her corporate
experience Ms. Salter
was the President and
Managing Owner of her
own retail establishment
in New Braunfels, Texas
for many years. Her
community projects
involve work with Women
in Cable and
Telecommunications
Association, the March
of Dimes, Time to Read,
the American Heart
Association, and
Concordia Lutheran
Church in San Antonio.

DR. MARK GREEN is
the Chair and a full
tenured professor of
Leadership Studies at
Our Lady of the Lake
University in San
Antonio, Texas. He
received his PhD in
Educational
Administration from The
American University in
Washington, D. C., His
Masters degrees include
a Master of Education
with a concentration in
Counseling and Personnel
Services from the
University of Missouri
in Columbia, Missouri, a
Master of Science and
Information Systems from
The American University,
and a Master of Business
Administration from Our
Lady of the Lake
University in San
Antonio. He is currently
a candidate for a Master
of Theology from the
Oblate School of
Theology in San Antonio,
Texas. He was a
Distinguished Honor
Graduate from the
Information Resources
Management College at
the National Defense
University at the
Department of Defense in
Washington, D. C. and he
received his Bachelor of
Arts in Psychology from
Westminster College in
Fulton, Missouri. Dr.
Green is also a retired
military officer with
assignments at the
Pentagon and the DOD
graduate program in
health care
administration. He is a
published author in
Leadership Studies.
