The Human Resource Services accepts the required information for all positions on campus. When the position is filled it is posted on the website under Jobs Filled.

Along with the application, we request all applicants complete the Release Authorization form. This Release is at the end of the application and will only be used by Human Resource Services (this sensitive information will not be available to others outside of HRS).

This fillable version requires an electronic signature- the sytem should guide you in creating one. When you go to "sign" the document, the file must be saved under a different name on your computer. This enables you to email the completed application back to Human Resources.
The last page of the application packet contains A Summary of your Rights under Fair Credit Reporting Act. This is for your information regarding the Release and should be retained for your records.
The Human Resource Services accepts applications for all faculty positions, whether an opening exists or not.
Applications for staff positions are accepted only when a specific opening exists. Applicants must complete a new application for each position they are applying for. Applications that do not state a position or list multiple positions will not be accepted.
