Associate Director of Campus Security & Safety (Full-Time)                                                        This is an associate department head position which involves supervision and management of the overall operation of the Security Department and relation with outside officials, organizations, the student body, faculty, and staff, relating to security enforcement and crime prevention. Reporting to Director of Campus Operations, the Associate Director manages and has direct oversight of the day-to-day security and public safety operations; implements and enforces all established security and safety policies and procedures at Schreiner University. Director of Development (Full-Time)                                                                                                     The Director of Development is the lead fund raising officer responsible for the planning, implementation, management and oversight of all fund raising including, but not limited to: annual fund, campaign organization, major gifts, foundation relations, and government programs.  While reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, the Director of Development supervises other fund raising officers and works collaboratively with the staff members on the advancement team and with university faculty and staff.  The director’s primary responsibility will be prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and proper stewardship of donors.  The director will also be responsible for the management of the fund raising program including the recruitment, training and supervision of development staff and volunteers. details...


Library Services Assistant (3/4 Time)

Under the direction of the Library Director the Library Services Assistant shares in the responsibility for daily operations of the library. Provides efficient, professional assistance to all students, faculty, staff and community patrons. Following the guidance of the Technical Operations Supervisor, provides interlibrary loan services, performs a variety of tasks related to periodical subscriptions & holdings maintenance, and assists with projects relating to technical services.Provides assistance with special collections organization and inventory and facilitates requests for access and digitization in the absence of the Digital Projects Librarian.Provides support to the Library Director, librarians, and library staff in carrying out the responsibilities of the department, including providing circulation and reference services during normal hours, evenings and weekends. HSI-STEM Living- Learning Community & Articulation Coordinator (Full Time)               Schreiner University’s Living-Learning Communities (LCs) are a cornerstone of our student success initiatives.  Students enrolled in Living-Learning Communities benefit from active and interdisciplinary learning experiences, mentoring, and integrated learning opportunities, as well as from support services that make it more likely they will stay in college, do well in their courses, and achieve their academic goals. The Director of Communications implements the University’s brand strategy for internal and external audiences by clearly communicating the objectives, target audiences, key messages, and processes to the marketing staff and to campus clients.

Through a creative and strategic approach, the Director of Communications is responsible for guiding the execution of a variety of institutional marketing initiatives—brochures, ads, direct mail, etc.—and collaborating with the Director of New Media on website and digital communications, while supervising budgets, production timelines, analytics, and reporting.
