Administrative Asociate- Campus Ministry (3/4 Time)
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Campus Minister.  Responsibilities require a great deal of interaction with students and faculty, university staff, members of the Board of Trustees, alumni and donors, and the community. Under direct supervision, performs clerical and administrative support activities, including typing, filing, operating office equipment, preparing and entering documents onto electronic and manual records, using computer hardware and software, producing reports, compiling data, organizing resource materials, submitting work orders, database entry, budget tracking, providing general and specific information, directions, referrals, developing schedules and setting up appointments, mailings, and coordinating clerical and administrative activities and processes.  This person also will assist in scheduling events, collaborating with Event Services, and marketing campus ministry and purposeful lives programs. details..

Chief of Security (Full-Time)
Reporting to Director of Campus Operations, the Chief of Security manages and has direct oversight of the day-to-day security and public safety operations. This is an associate department head position which involves supervision and management of the overall operation of the Security Department and relation with outside officials, organizations, the student body, faculty, and staff, relating to security enforcement and crime prevention. Implements and enforces all established safety and security policies and procedures. Administers a comprehensive program for crime prevention and security enforcement which assures that maximum levels of protection are provided to students and that the peace and safety of the campus is maintained. Works closely with state, county, and city law enforcement agencies and with the same agencies from other cities; local officials; city, county and state emergency services agencies; community groups and organizations; as well as the student body of Schreiner University. Plumber Technician (Full-Time)

Admission Counselor (Full-Time)
The Admission Counselor's primary task is to generate inquiries, applications, interviews, campus visits and commitment fees for all student populations in assigned market area(s). Additional responsibilities include developing leads, attaining goals for market area(s), meeting with parents and students on or off campus, visiting feeder high schools and community colleges, and attending college day/night programs. Teaches 5 hours of chemistry or biochemistry lab every Fall and Spring semester, and 1.67 hours each summer session. Student Success Coach (Part-Time)
Schreiner University’s student success coaches are a cornerstone of our student success initiatives. The Student Success Coach will be primarily responsible for supporting undergraduates’ academic success and student engagement via one to one academic and non-academic coaching, meetings, academic skills/engagement programs and workshops, and developing print and web-based materials. Coaching empowers students to achieve a sustainable shift in thinking and performance that motivates them through the discovery of their strengths, values and passions. Coaches meet with students to assist in the organization and planning of academic, personal, social, and professional commitments and to provide support for accomplishing short- and long-term goals associated with those commitments, leading to academic success. The Student Success Coach will assist the Center for Qualitative Learning (CQL) Coordinator in planning and coordinating interactive and dynamic academic support programs for all STEM students and other student cohorts (e.g. STEM LLC, transfer students, students on academic probation), facilitate their delivery, and collect data to assess and measure their success. This position includes working with diverse groups of students and staff and therefore a demonstrated commitment to diversity and student success is critical. Facilitator must be able to respond effectively to multiple and changing priorities; they collaborate with staff/faculty across campus and colleagues outside the institution to promote best practices in the academic environments.
