Classroom Support Specialist (Full-Time)
Responsible for supporting technology in classrooms for face to face instruction as well as assisting with teleconferencing, audio/visual, hardware/software, peripheral devices, multimedia platforms, and emerging technology.  Troubleshoot technology issues while classes/events are in session.  Support a wide array of applications on both Windows and MAC operating systems.  Contribute to the daily workload of the Enterprise Technology Services Help Desk. The University Relations Specialist will serve on the university marketing team and is responsible for management and implementation of all public relations activities for the university.  The person in this position is the primary media and public relations officer of the university; is the spokesperson for the university especially in crisis situations; and will have writing responsibility for university publications and to support the advancement and admissions teams. The specialist continually looks for ways to build relationships with media representatives and improve external and internal relations and communication. The Gift processing and Database Specialist  is responsible for performing a variety of complex duties associated with the gift management cycle. Responsibilities include day-to-day gift recording and legally receipting charitable contributions to the University, in accordance with donor intent, University policies, and adhering to the IRS rules and regulations governing contributions and the Council for Advancement and Support for Education (CASE) gift management guidelines. This person is also responsible for maintaining donor and former student records and ensuring the accuracy of donor and gift information entered into The Raiser’s Edge database.
