Title V Administrative Specialist (Full Time)
Under the direction of the Title V Project Director, the Title V Administrative Specialist is responsible for administering, coordinating, and performing the routine professional functions necessary to Title V program operations and for serving as principal assistant in administrative matters; this position does related work as required. The Administrative Specialist must exercise good judgment in decision making and be willing to take initiative. The position will manage the budgets for the Title V grant and coordinate the calendar for the Director, prepare materials for meetings and assist with local and federal report submissions. The Administrative Specialist will also maintain official minutes for all Title V Steering Committee meetings, minutes for related activities, and maintain all Title V program records.  The position must respect and protect the confidential nature of the work of the Title V Project Director/Dean of Student Success. ....details

Data Entry Associate (3/4 Time)
The Data Entry Associate supports the division of Advancement and Public Affairs by performing tasks related to maintaining the integrity of the Raisers’s Edge database (fundraising/alumni database). Duties include but are not limited to the following: creating, updating and maintaining information into the Raiser’s Edge database from internal and external resources. This position performs general clerical duties and provides back-up administrative support when needed. Admissions Counselor (Full Time)
The Admission Counselor's primary task is to generate inquiries, applications, interviews, campus visits and commitment fees for all student populations in assigned market area(s). Additional responsibilities include developing leads, attaining goals for market area(s), meeting with parents and students on or off campus, visiting feeder high schools and community colleges, and attending college day/night programs. Telecounseling is required to develop leads during the recruiting season and peak periods.  Director of the Digital Learning Center and Instructional Designer (Full Time, 12 Month)
The Director & Instructional Designer will develop and lead an innovative, multidisciplinary program of digital studies at Schreiner University while also helping to create course-level and/or program-level curricular resources for traditional face-to-face as well as online/hybrid instructional environments. Center assessment will include evidence of improved student learning. As the instructional leader of the CDL, the Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a library of digital projects and products for the humanities as well as other areas of study across campus. Working closely with project teams (which will include students, faculty, librarians and specialists in assessment, digital publication, social science data, user services technology, and digital humanities), the Director collaboratively selects projects and sets priorities, serves as curator of the digital Hispanic Heritage and Culture project, develops contacts with faculty from across the University and showcases work online and annually at an exhibit at the Schreiner’s Mansion. ...... details

Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning (Full Time, 12 Month)
The Director will develop and lead an innovative initiative merging student academic support with challenging faculty development. Reporting to the Dean of Student Success, the Director provides strategic and transformational leadership in promoting excellence in teaching and success in learning by providing faculty and staff with research on best practices, support for curriculum development and innovation, consultation on course redesign projects, forums for collaboration, consulting services on pedagogy and technology, as well as workshops, seminars and other forms of professional development. Schreiner University recently approved a set of comprehensive Student Learning Outcomes which articulates the core learning to be achieved in our undergraduate education. The Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning will play a critical role in designing and implementing faculty development programming in support of this core learning and its assessment.
