INTERESTS
Dr. Holloway's major field of interest is analytical
biochemistry. He has used capillary electrophoresis to study protein
digests and nucleic acids, and worked on the first models of Hewlett
Packard's (Now Agilent Technologies') instrument.
He is an experienced chromatographer and has worked
in the area of peptide identification tools and C-terminal protein
sequencing. He has also worked on medical analytical instrumentation,
specifically measurements of blood analytes. He has published a
number of articles on medical and analytical chemistry and is the
author of nine US patents.
