Deborah is a fine arts photographer who was born in Buffalo, NY, but has lived happily in Texas for the last 25 years. She was a teacher of art and photography at the high school level for 17 years prior to coming to Schreiner University. She also successfully owned “Free Spirit Images” photography company for many years.

Showings of her fine art work have been featured in metro areas such as Dallas, San Antonio, Austin,    San Marcos, Houston, Kerrville, and the Ingram/Hunt area.

Deborah also helps lead a student trip to Florence, Italy, where she teaches photography.  Her fine art work will be featured at SRISA (Santa Reparata International School of Art), Florence, Italy,   in 2015.

She is an avid animal lover, a certified group exercise instructor specializing in Spinning and Pilates, and the co-owner of Danny Conner’s Reptile Adventures.
