With a combination of Business and
Information Systems courses required for the B.B.A. in Management
Information Systems (MIS), students will acquire the requisite
knowledge of information systems management and a substantial
business background to help them succeed in the modern business
world. Likewise, students who choose to minor in Information Systems
will add valuable computer knowledge and skills to enhance their
chosen major.
As with any professional program, the classroom component of the MIS
major is greatly enhanced by direct experience in the field. Through
a supervised internship program, all MIS majors apply their learning
in the context of practical employment.
