   A New Yorker transplanted to Texas


Dr. Dunnahoo stays active with the Texas music teachers while serving as the executive secretary of the Texas Music Adjudicators Association. His musical background is quite diverse. “Most people do not know that as a youth and young man I played fiddle in a country-western band in the greater Hill Country area. I also played string bass (acoustic and electric) in dance and swing bands and tuba in Dixieland bands.” Dr. Dunnahoo came to SU in 2001.
