Registrar & Transcripts

Transcript Request Form   Transcripts are $10.00 each

  • At this time, we do not take credit cards or faxed requests.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for processing, once we receive your request.
  • No transcripts will be processed during the week of grade entry, or registration.
    No transcripts will be issued if:
    (1) you still have an outstanding balance in the Business Office, or
    (2) you still owe the Registrar a transcript from another school, college or university.
  • Mail or drop-off your completed Transcript Request Form along with a check or money order(make all checks payable to Schreiner University) to:

Are you returning to Schreiner University?
Please fill out our Intent To Return Form. This form is for former students who have been out one semester only and who have not been enrolled at another college or university during that time. All others must go through Admissions.

 Alternative Method for Getting Your Transcripts
(if you do not use the transcript request form, linked above)

We need all transcript requests in writing and they must accompany a check or money order for the proper amount. Make all checks and money orders payable to Schreiner University. You must include the following information in your request letter:

  • Your full name when you attended Schreiner
  • Your social security number and birthdate
  • The last year you attended
  • A complete address, including zip code, to mail the transcript to
  • Your signature, required
  • A check or money order for the proper amount ($10.00 per copy) made payable to Schreiner University
