Why I like SU: I like Schreiner because of the close and comforting atmosphere it provides to all of its students. Here at Schreiner, there is always someone there for you to talk to and help you with anything you need. I am surprised more and more each semester by how much the faculty and staff care about the students.

Why I like SU: I like SU because for me SU is home. At SU I get to be a part of a family of friends that enjoying hanging out and playing games as much as they enjoy going to class. I get to be surrounded by professors who care about my grades and the life lessons I learn both inside and outside of their classrooms. I like SU because I get to actively participate in my own education – I’m only limited by what I choose to do or what organizations I want to be a part of. SU affords me the opportunity to meet numerous people that have helped me through life that I wouldn’t have been able to meet anywhere else. I don’t just like SU, I love SU.
Other things I am involved in: I like camping, hiking, rock climbing, playing computer games, eating pizza and playing board games with friends on Family Game Night, helping students with homework, and going to the theater/ballet. I am involved with Campus Ministry, S.O.A.P., and S.O.A.P. Council.

Why I like SU: I like Schreiner for the small class sizes. Graduating from a private school, where my graduating class was 4 people, and then going to a State school for the first couple of years of my college years with their big classes was too much for me. I did not get a connection with my professors and even the peers in my classroom. Here at Schreiner, I was able to make a deeper connection with my peers and with professors that care to see me succeed.
Hobbies/involved in: Taking photos of the hill country and surrounding areas, and I love to go to Bingo night when SAB is hosting the event.
