My mood usually determines what I listen to, which varies from
Bluegrass to Opera.
Favorite
vacation spot: Dresden,
Germany. Reasons? My German ancestors are from the area. The
Catholic Cathedral has a terrific organ. It is beautiful. The
can-do attitude of the people.
Favorite Books: Anything by Thomas Moore
Who/what/where INSPIRES you & why? Top-level figure skaters. They work and practice for
hours (years) and then have 3 minutes to perform at their best. The
preparation and mind-set is very similar to a performing musician.
What's

The current 'National Geographic' and
'Spiritually and Health'; a bestselling romance novel
Hobbies/interests/extra-curricular activities
OUTSIDE SU: Gardening, Travel, Pipe
Organs, Art, Cooking, Canning, Computers, KPAS and Sustainable Living
Activities/interests/associations ON CAMPUS: I accompany (play the piano) for the choir and the
advanced voice students

class to teach @ SU & why: I enjoy
performing with the students. They give 110%.

about Schreiner?
Besides being able to actually park within a
mile of campus??!! -- Getting to know people on all levels from the
President to the cleaning crew, and from Deans to freshmen.
