She has been incredibly engaged and responsible in pulling together every single one of the nursing students as well as nursing instructors, to help create a very successful health fair which also allowed the nursing students an opportunity to learn and practice the skills they will need in the workforce. She is respected by her peers as well as her professors.” One of her instructors, Lillian Barron stated “ she is knowledgeable, energetic and a great team player. She can be counted on to add great creativity and knowledge to any project she joins.”

The Student Leader of the Month, sponsored by Student Services, recognizes a Schreiner University undergraduate student for their excellence in leadership through campus involvement, leadership activities and/or through volunteer and community service programs.
