resources, and to make your life easier, we now have an
online SFSA Membership form
and we have made available the option for you to easily pay online when renewing
your membership or joining for the first time.

This option gives you the opportunity to submit your application
online and then pay online, mail, fax or call in your credit card payment
information.
Print Membership Application
This option gives you the opportunity to print the application and
either mail or fax it into our office.

First Year Graduates $10
Second year Graduates $20
Regular Annual Membership $30
Regular Lifetime Membership $300
Recent Graduate (within the last 3 years) Lifetime - $150
