 Texas Heritage Living History Event

Co-sponsored now by the Texas Heritage Music Foundation, the annual event began as the Jimmie Rodgers Jubilee over twenty years ago.  Over 50 performers and demonstrations provide another way of learning through stories and songs. The date for the Living History Event is carefully chosen each year to celebrate the life of America’s Blues Yodeler and Father of Country Music: Jimmie Rodgers.

Mark your calendars!  The Texas Heritage Music Foundation is proud to announce that the 12th annual Texas Heritage Living History Day will be a one-day event on Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, at Schreiner University in Kerrville.
