Leaders Named to Head Up Schreiner’s
Scholarship Fund
 |
Schreiner University’s
2006-2007 academic year will begin soon, and so
will the scholarship campaign to assist local
students. With an anticipated increase in
Schreiner’s enrollment, Hill Country College
Fund becomes increasingly vital in assisting
local students with the ability to attend
college. The HCCF will officially kick off on
Sept. 6, 2006, and has a goal of raising
$535,000. All funds raised are for scholarships
for Hill Country students.
Diane Green has taken on the
challenge of leading this very important
campaign. Green, owner of Kerr County Abstract &
Title Company, will serve as chairman of the
campaign. “The future of our community is
dependent on a well-educated, quality workforce.
Schreiner University is dedicated to educating
its students and preparing them for a successful
future. What better investment can we make than
showing our strong support of the Hill County
College Fund!” says Green. |
