Arlene Boylan Gaitan has
joined Schreiner University as Human Resources
Director.
The search committee, headed by Fred Gamble,
Vice President of Administration and Finance at
Schreiner, conducted a nationwide search, which
resulted in Gaitan’s selection.
Gaitan is an exceptional professional with
twenty years of experience in the human
resources and employee benefits field. She joins
Schreiner from Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas
in San Antonio. Prior to her stint at Toyota,
she was employed by R. G. Barry Corporation,
manufacturer of Dearfoams brand slippers.
Gaitan holds the Senior
Professional in Human Resources certification
from the Society of Human Resources Management.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in
business administration from Averett University
in Danville, Va., and a master’s in human
resources management from Marymount University
in Arlington, Va. |

Gaitan and her husband,
Armando Gaitan, owner and operator of Fellows
Auto Parts in Bandera, reside with their two
children in Lakehills.
