Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize winning novel comes vividly
alive through Gregory Peck’s haunting portrayal of a lawyer
court-appointed to defend a black man against the charge of
raping a white woman in the Depression era South. Robert
Mulligan directs one of the most important legal films of
all time.
There will be a discussion following the movie. |
