On Sunday, Oct. 15th,
dozens of Schreiner University students,
faculty and staff participated in the
CROP WALK 5k. They were joined by
members of First United Methodist
Church, St. Peters Episcopal Church, St.
Paul United Methodist Church and First
Assembly of God. Together they raised
more than $1,900 to help end world
hunger.
The walk is designed to bring community
members together to stand against hunger
in our world. There were more than 2,000
communities hosting a walk this year.
