Saturday, June 23 (San Antonio)

5-6:30 p.m.: Open House reception at Crosspoint, Inc., 225 East Locust at McCullough. Hosted by County Commissioner Tommy Adkisson.

6:30-7:30 p.m.: Potluck dinner at the San Antonio Mennonite Church and peaceCENTER, 1443 South St. Mary, below Durango Street.

7:30-9 p.m.: Discussion on "Global Perspectives of Restorative Justice" moderated by Eliza Sonneland; with Dr. Howard Zehr, Leigh Garrett of Australia; Marty Price, South American Researcher and Fulbright Scholar; East Los Angeles pastor the Rev. Rene Ledesma; Sayantani Guin of India; Peruvian peaceworker Jonathan Beachy; and juvenile justice authority, Dr. Gordon Bazemore.

10:45 a.m. - noon: Concluding Plenary Session, second-floor ballroom, Cailloux Student Activities Building. “Exploring the Harms: A Reporter's Personal Journey through a Texas Death Penalty Case,” San Antonio Express-News Deputy Metro Editor Tricia Schwennesen shares her experience of covering the story of a Texas death row inmate.
