Schreiner’s Web site gets top grades

NRCCUA is a top source for connecting prospective students and their families with schools nationwide. Each year it surveys more than 5 million students about student attitudes and educational plans.

The EPI ranks college and university admissions Web sites according to effectiveness—that is how easy it is for a prospective student to navigate and how the sites “provide tools to take a student from prospect to applicant.”

“We often hear positive comments from students, families and others on the look of our Web site and its ease of navigation,” said Sandy Speed, dean of admission and financial aid. “It is gratifying that outside researchers have evaluated, measured and graded our Web site’s effectiveness, using a set of standard criteria, resulting in Schreiner’s making an A.”

NRCCUA sends out e-mail surveys to more than 100,000 students heading to college to identify Web site operations that are important to the students in terms of usefulness and ease-of-use. Admissions Web sites are then analyzed against these criteria.

Schreiner University is an independent coeducational liberal arts university related by choice and by covenant to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). For more information, visit our Web site at www.schreiner.edu or call the Office of Admission and Financial Aid at (830) 792-7217.
