Home-schooled students in Kerrville and the surrounding area
are invited to join those from public schools at a children's concert
presented by the
Symphony of the Hills on Feb. 28 at
the Cailloux Center for the Performing Arts.
The event at 11 a.m. will be free of charge to students and to their adult
teachers and escorts.
The 72-member orchestra, conducted by Dr. Jay Dunnahoo, will perform Peter
Ilyich Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture" and "The Young Person's Guide to the
Orchestra", by Benjamin Britten.
