Alliance will
sponsor a
Community
Thanksgiving
Service at 7
p.m., Sunday,
Nov. 23, at
Zion Lutheran
Church.
The Schreiner
Choir Ensemble
will provide
music for the
service, which
also will
include
scripture
readings and a
message by the
Rev. David
Danielson from
Impact Christian
Fellowship.
Representatives
from Notre Dame
Catholic Church,
First United
Methodist
Church, St.
Peter’s
Episcopal
Church, St.
Paul's United
Methodist
Church, Unity
Church of the
Hill Country,
First Assembly
of God, First
Presbyterian
Church,
Schreiner
University and
New Hope
Counseling
Center also will
participate.
Planners see the
event as “a
wonderful
opportunity to
gather as the
Body of Christ,
praising and
giving thanks to
God for all we
have been
given.”

from many
Christian
denominations
gather together
for worship, it
provides a
wonderful sense
of community,”

ensemble can

this event.”
