Wilkins (and a
few friends) to
the Texas Music
Coffeehouse
series on
Wednesday, Nov.
5. The
coffeehouse will
be 7-9 p.m.
in the Lion’s
Den, the snack
bar area in The
Floyd & Kathleen
Cailloux Campus
Activity Center
on the Schreiner
campus.
Wilkins, a San
Antonio native,
has made a major
name for himself
as a songwriter
and performer.
His songs
include “Songs
about Texas” and
“Rubie’s 2 Sad
Daughters” (Pat
Green), “Seven
Hillsides”
(Ricky Skaggs)
and “Big Hopes”
(Ty Herndon).
