The Schreiner University
theatre department will
produce two original plays
by students and Edgar Lee
Masters’ “Spoon River
Anthology” in October and
November.
“Rain Sessions,” a play by
Schreiner sophomore Chris
Fontanes from San Antonio,
will be at 7:30 p.m.
October 9 and 10 in the
Hanszen Fine Arts Theatre,
Schreiner campus. The play
involves mature subject
matter.
Senior Prari Blair’s
original play, “In the Light
of Darkness,” will be on
Schreiner’s HFA stage at
7:30 p.m. October 30 and
November 1.
Performances of “Spoon River
Anthology” will be at 7:30
p.m. November 21 and 22
in the HFA Theatre.
Admission to the productions
is free, but seating is
limited.
