Schreiner University assistant basketball coach Daniel Perez will offer
three basketball camps in July and August at the university. The Rookies
(girls and boys in grades 2 to 5) and NCAA camps (girls and boys in grades
6-8) will be July 6-10 and 13-16, respectively. The NBA Camp, Aug. 10-14, is
for boys in grades 9 to 12. Members of Schreiner’s men’s and women’s
basketball teams will be on hand to help out.
Cost to register for the Rookies is $95, $80 if registered before July 1;
NCAA is $115, $100 before July 10. The NBA Camp offers a choice of overnight
stays for $185, which includes lodging and three meals a day, or commuting
for $125, which includes two meals a day. All participants will receive a
camp T-shirt. Camp times for Rookies and NCAA are 8 a.m.-1p.m.
