Faster Master’s for teachers: Schreiner program goes on-line

Teachers can now earn graduate degrees and advanced certification in one year (two semesters and a summer session) through Schreiner University’s Teacher Education Department. Schreiner offers Master of Education and Master of Education in Teaching degrees, as well as graduate teacher certification and principal certification. The hybrid on-line programs require on-site attendance at one Saturday class a month, with the bulk of the coursework completed at students’ convenience via the Schreiner Web site.

Tuition cost is competitive and financial aid is available. The application deadline for the 2009-2010 academic year is July 31.

For more information about the program, visit www.schreiner.edu/academics/graduate, or contact LaVonne Miller at 830-792-7455 or LMiller@schreiner.edu. For tuition and financial aid information, contact the Schreiner University Office of Admission and Financial Aid at 1-800-343-4919 or 830-792-7228.
