Schreiner Coffeehouse series to feature Rattlesnake Annie
Rattlesnake AnnieSchreiner University’s Texas Music Coffeehouse series will feature veteran Texas singer/songwriter Rattlesnake Annie at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 6, in The Lion’s Den in the Floyd & Kathleen Cailloux Campus Activity Center on the Schreiner campus. In her book “Women in Texas Music,” Kathleen Hudson calls the blues and country artist “the female Willie Nelson.”

Rattlesnake Annie has been performing—singing and playing guitar—since she was 8 years old. Her highly acclaimed Columbia-Nashville album, Rattlesnake Annie, resulted in three singles that made the Billboard charts.
