Schreiner forum to present workshop on travel journal writing
Schreiner University will present a workshop by Rhonda Wiley-Jones on journal writing from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8, in the River Room at the Floyd & Kathleen Cailloux Campus Activity Center. Wiley-Jones will speak on “Travel Journal Writing: Capturing the Moment, Mood, Magic and Mystery,” as part of the University’s Cross Cultural Forum series sponsored by the Center of Innovative Learning at Schreiner.
Wiley-Jones, who has a master’s in education, currently is working on her own travel memoirs. This workshop can help develop skills in order to capture your own travel experiences in order to bring them back to life at a later date.
