Spring Chautauqua Lecture Series to start Jan. 28
Schreiner University's Robert P Hallman Chautauqua Lecture Series for the spring semester will kick off with "Literature and Medicine: The Scope of the Field and Literary Examples" presented by Dr. Krisann Muskievicz, professor of English and coordinator of the Vesalius Community. The event will take place at 7 p.m., Jan. 28, in the Floyd & Kathleen Cailloux Campus Activity Center Ballroom.
Muskievicz, who graduated with a doctorate in Medical Humanities, will discuss how literature affects Western medicine.
