SU Graduate Admission Open House March 21

graduate open house

Schreiner University’s Graduate Admission Department will host an open house for those interested in its Master of Education, Principal and Teacher Certification and Master of Business Administration programs from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, March 21 in the Floyd & Kathleen Cailloux Campus Activity Center on the SU campus.

Dr. Neva V. Cramer, director of Graduate Education and Teacher Education at Schreiner, said the open house will be an opportunity for undergraduates, current educators and those who have an undergraduate degree but are looking to get certified in education to meet the program’s professors and get information about the hybrid, three-semester Master of Education program and the one-semester principal certification program.

“Join us this summer and complete 12 graduate hours toward your Master of Education in just one month,” Cramer said. “The Schreiner Learning by Heart Hybrid Online Graduate Program is designed for busy educators. A master’s degree opens up doors in your career—it qualifies you for leadership including an assistant principal position, athletic director or a university instructor.”

Those interested in earning their MBA will discover how to achieve business goals and simultaneously sustain integrity. Decision making skills will be strengthened, expanded, practiced, and tested through national competitions and simulation models. Students will employ quality theories, leverage source factors, and integrate strategic change relative to the contemporary business environment.
