Mail or drop-off your completed Transcript Order Form along with a check or money order (make all checks payable to Schreiner University) to:

- At this time, we do not take credit cards or faxed requests.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for processing, once we receive your request.
- No transcripts will be processed during the week of grade entry, or registration.
NOTE: No transcripts will be issued if:
(1) you still have an outstanding Balance in the Business Office, or
(2) you still owe the Registrar a transcript from another
school, college or university |

Traditional Method for Getting Your Transcripts
(if you do not use the method above) |
We need all transcript requests in writing and they must accompany a check or money order for the proper amount.
Make all checks and money orders out to Schreiner University.
In your request letter, the information we need is as follows:
- The full name under which you attended Schreiner
- Your social security number, and ID# (if you know it)
- The last year you attended
- A complete address, including zip code, to mail the transcript to
- Your signature, (very important) it releases the transcript
- A check or money order for the proper amount, ($5.00 per copy) made out to Schreiner University
