for consideration.
Student Essays
What really interests, attracts, angers, inspires or amazes you? Share your ideas with
others in a well-written essay. Try to keep it
shorter than “War and Peace” — around 500 words. Send
us your submissions at
scene@schreiner.edu.
Poetry
Have you written one or more poems that you think
others will want to read? Submit your best work to
scene@schreiner.edu.
Art or illustration
Submit a high-quality photocopy of your original
work and be sure to include a brief description of
the materials you used, topic and the inspiration
for your work.

Photography
Submit your original work in black and white or
color as a 5x7 print to SCENE Magazine, CMB 6201,

Be sure to include a brief description of the
