How long have you been with Schreiner?
I have been on staff with SU only since September 2005, but I am
no stranger to Schreiner University! I graduated from SU
in 2003 with a BBA in
Finance & Management.

Where were you prior? After graduation from
SU, I moved to San Antonio to work for FinSer Corporation as a
Portfolio Accountant. A year later, I decided that
Accounting/Finance wasn’t my forte, and I moved on to Our Lady of
the Lake University, where I was employed as an Admissions
Counselor. When the job at SU became available, I knew I wanted
to come HOME!
What do you like best about Schreiner
University? Since the moment I stepped foot on campus back in 1999, I
knew that this is where I belonged. I felt like I was
part of the SU family that day and ever since. “Enter
with hope, leave with achievement” is definitely is not
only the slogan on the front gates to campus, but it is an
actual reality to me!
What events do you enjoy? Love watching all
sporting events, but especially THE SAN ANTONIO
SPURS!
Favorite food: Any type of Italian -- especially
spaghetti
& meatballs!
Favorite book(s): The Devil Wears Prada, DaVinci Code,
Confessions of a Shop-a-holic, & most non-fictions!
Favorite vacation spot: Las Vegas!
What do you like to do during your weekends? I love
spending time with family and friends, first and
foremost. Catching a sporting event (ESPECIALLY THE SAN
ANTONIO SPURS), shopping (especially for earrings &
purses) -- and, of course, catching up on sleep.
Is there any particular advice you would give to
students? “Good. Better. Best. Never let it rest.
Until your GOOD is BETTER and your BETTER is BEST!”
