What
do you like best about Schreiner University? I love the
whole atmosphere of the university and being such a beautiful place
to work. I am always so proud to tell people that I work at Schreiner
University.
 What
do you like best about your position at Schreiner? Working
in Plant Operations has been a real challenge. I have been able
to create an accounting system and organize an entire department
under the leadership of Dale T. Myers (pictured, right).
My 40 years of accounting experience has put us in a position to
balance our budget every year. I enjoy working with all our people;
they are hard working and great to work with. We work everyday helping
the students of Schreiner University, which is why we all have jobs
here.
What
Schreiner events do you enjoy?
Welcome
Week when we greet our new freshman.
 Favorite
vacation spot: My daughter lives in Atlanta, GA
and that seems to be the only place I go whenever I get a chance.
What
do you like to do during your weekends? My home has an
acre of land and I love yard work and have plenty of it.
Is
there any particular advice you give to students? Enjoy
each and every phase of your life as it goes by so quickly. Learn
as you go through life that everything you learn becomes experience.
