How long have you been with Schreiner? Where were you prior? About two months. Prior to coming home to Schreiner I was the Assistant Director for the Texas State Arts & Crafts Fair whose offices were at Schreiner until 2004 and prior to that as the catering manager at the Inn of the Hills.
 What do you like best about Schreiner University? It's like being at home.
Since my mom has worked
here for almost 20 years, I have practically grown up on this campus. I love the feeling of a great big family.

What do you like best about your position at Schreiner?
Not only do I get to work with a lot of students to help them plan events, I also get to promote Schreiner to the outside community as I am marketing to business and organizations to hold events in our facilities. It's a great mix!
 Favorite books: The Left Behind series
by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins. I have read every single book in the series and will read them many, many more times.
Favorite vacation spot: New Mexico. Although we went to Disney World this past summer and we had a blast!
What do you like to do during your weekends?
I spend a lot of time with my family. On Sundays we all go to church with my parents and then hang out around the pool or around the house.
Is there any particular advice you would give to students? Enjoy your time in college and experience many different things before you make a decision on what to do with the rest of your life. The real world comes way too fast. Before you know it, you'll have a career, a family and you'll cherish the days you spent here at Schreiner.
