Information technology at Schreiner University consists of two collaborative teams: Instructional Technology and Enterprise Technology Services.

Pursuant unto the Higher Education Opportunity Act, Schreiner University maintains a comprehensive Information Security Program for students, staff, and faculty that consists of (1) university-wide policies and (2) a technology strategic plan. The following identifies both components.

Students, Staff and Faculty - for personal computer help call the Student Computer Support Center, 2(SC) at 830.792.7262 or go by the Computer Help Desk in the Logan Library Computer Commons area. IS majors are available to work on personal computers free of charge.
Staff and Faculty, and Students working on Schreiner computers, for assistance with Schreiner owned computers, must submit a Kace Service Desk request to ETS, preferably from the computer that is having the issue. ETS will respond promptly with assistance through Kace and Schreiner e-mail.
