Community Volunteer Fair Participation Form

To be included in media materials, the participation form is due by
August 12, 2011.
The ballrooms will be open at 10AM
for you to set up your informational tables at the Floyd & Kathleen
Cailloux Campus Activity Center on Schreiner University Campus.
Your booth will consist of: (1) 6’ banquet table & (2) Chairs.
