Where? Cailloux Campus Activity Center (CCAC) on the
Schreiner University Campus
When? Thursday, September 17th, 2009 from 11am-1pm
Why? To meet potential student & community volunteers,
network with other community programs and raise awareness about your
volunteer programs
We have a limited number of tables available and they usually fill
up very quickly, so please register early to guarantee your spot.
Registration includes: 1 table, 2 chairs, and a hospitality room.

Once we receive your
registration form, by August 15th
you’ll receive a confirmation letter with further details about the
event, which will guarantee your table reservation. Registration
after the August 15th will not guarantee your agencies name in area
publicity.
What should you bring? Brochures, volunteer sign-up
sheets, table draperies, applications, and any other items you will
need to promote your organization.
