Schreiner University is an independent liberal arts university in Kerrville, Texas, with an enrollment of nearly 1,000 students working toward Baccalaureate and Master's degrees, as well as teacher and nurse certification. Known for its focus on small classes and accessible faculty, Schreiner's student/teacher ratio is held at 13/1. Since its founding in 1923, Schreiner University has been related to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
